Cancellation windows
Cancellations requested within 24 hours of purchase and before onboarding delivery are generally eligible for full refund review. Requests submitted after onboarding material distribution may be partially refundable based on completed setup and scheduling effort.
Program sessions already delivered are not refundable, but may be considered for service credit in defined cases.
Rescheduling terms
Users may request one no-fee reschedule for active sessions when notice is provided at least one business day in advance. Additional changes may incur administrative fees depending on calendar impact and coach availability.
Seep & Stretch will propose practical alternate slots whenever possible.
Service credits
Where direct refunds are not available, quiztorndhim may issue service credits for future Seep & Stretch sessions, valid for a stated period. Credits are non-transferable unless explicitly approved in writing.
Credit usage remains subject to current service availability and scheduling limits.
Refund process
To request a return review, contact Seep & Stretch using the contact form with purchase details, request reason, and preferred outcome. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within standard processing timelines based on payment provider policies.
